History of the Faculty of Communication Arts

The Faculty of Communication Arts is a faculty of Chulalongkorn University. Located along Phayathai Road, opened for the first time teaching since the academic year 2508 onwards under the name 'Independent Department of Mass Communication and Public Relations' later in the year 1974, a royal decree was established as 'Faculty of Communication Arts'

Professor Bumrungsuk Sihampai is a pioneer in teaching and learning at the Faculty of Communication Arts. Chulalongkorn University Which is an important force in the establishment 'Independent Department of Mass Communication and Public Relations' initially served as Secretary of the Independent Department until the year 1970 as Assistant Professor Bamrungsuk Sihampai was appointed Head of the Independent Mass Communication Department.
